Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon recept and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt and MUST include pictures of the damaged parcel/products in order to properly process a replacement. Videos may be requested.
Failure to do so may result in a denied claim.
